Small islands and people have continued for more than 5,000 years, and the history of rice is whispered with the grace of rice. An old law protected by youth brothers, Masashi and Takahiro. "Terroir Awamori", which is born from the land and water of Iheiya, is a story about the taste and fragrance of rice. A melody played by koji and yeast with the time of the mash as an ally. Along with the festival Aya and the tradition, Awamori is breathing as the soul of the island, the resonance of the people.
