Thank you for visiting the Remote Island Fair 2023, which was held last weekend for four years. 

Thank you very much for those who could not say hello and those who are concerned about the recent trends of the sake brewery.

About 30 people supported in three days, I would like to nurture the rice at the end of this fiscal year, rice, brewing, and distillation at the beginning of the year, and the Awamori Shinko Project with everyone.
